摘要
介绍了医院绩效管理的流程与方法和成效。首先制定计划,搞好宣教;通过深入调研,确定指标;将取得的绩效展示,并进行自我评价;在此基础上进行两级考评,相互验证,将结果反馈,加强沟通。通过科学有效的绩效管理措施,最大限度地开发军队医院管理者和聘用人员的潜能,以提高工作能力为目的,以促进和谐为根本,最终使医院的战略目标得以实现。
The process,methods and effectiveness of hospital performance management was introduced. The process includes planning making and propaganda,performance indictors designing,self evaluation and two level evaluation,result feedback and communication. The potential capacity of contract staff and managers will be maximally developed. The goals of performance evaluation were to promote working capacity and improve harmonious society and to achieve hospital strategy.
