摘要
笔者介绍了某三甲医院对医院的SWOT分析选择医院管理模式、对医疗服务过程管理的改进及以社会效益为特点的经营结果,总结了实践卓越绩效模式的体会,并比较了卓越绩效模式与ISO9000及JCI的区别,分析了我国医疗卫生领域实行卓越绩效模式管理的意义。
Hospital management experience on hospital management mode selection,medical process promoting and social benefit oriented evaluation system by SWOT analysis in one A-level tertiary hospital were discussed. Experience of excellent performance management model was summarized. The differences between excellent performance model and ISO9000 and JCI were compared. The functions and meanings of implementing excellent performance model in health section in China were analyzed.
