优秀皮艇运动员赛前训练效果的监控与相关分子指标的应用 被引量:3

摘要 监控赛前训练过程,了解运动员的机能状态,评定训练效果,为合理安排训练、提高运动成绩提供理论依据。采用放射免疫等方法对优秀皮艇运动员在大负荷训练期间血睾酮、皮质醇等多项指标进行监测与分析。大负荷训练过程中,男、女子运动员血睾酮、皮质醇、血红蛋白、血尿素氮、尿蛋白等相关指标均发生了不同程度的变化,经过训练、适应,再训练、再适应的适度调整,运动员均能顺利完成本阶段大负荷训练任务,并对合理安排下一阶段训练,解决实战问题提供了保障。该阶段训练计划安排较为合理,但对机体的刺激深度不够,建议在下一训练周期适度增加负荷强度,注意加强最大有氧代谢能力的训练。 Objective:To provide theoretical basis for arranging training and increasing sports performance,we monitored pre-competition training process of the elite kayak athletes,knew their the function state,and evaluated their training effect.Methods:We measured several indexes such as blood testosterone and Cortisol of the elite kayak athletes during heavy training period by radioimmunoassay.Results:Some indexes such as blood testosterone,Cortisol,Hb,BUN,urine protein changed in various degrees.By the proper adjustment of training,adaptation,retraining and readaptation,all the athletes could perform the heavy training task successfully.We provided guarantee of arranging train task next period and solving practical problems.Conclusion:The training plan of this period is reasonable,but the stimulation is inadequate to the body.So we advised increasing load intensity and strengthening maximum aerobic metabolism ability trainning next training period.
