摘要
传统的排球专选课程教学理念存在着重竞技轻综合能力、教学内容缺少实用性、教学方式过分依赖课堂式授课而轻实践操作环节等问题。为适应社会多样化、全面化的要求,使学生具备较强的综合能力,在成都体育学院排球专选课程中建立与社会相关领域对体育从业人员要求相适应的多元教学内容体系和校内第一、二课堂、校外各种社会体育工作参与的多层次技能实践教学框架。通过实验教学、问卷调查、数据统计等方法证明:1)立体式教学模式所构建的多元性知识技能体系适应了社会发展要求;2)多层次综合技能实践教学系统提高了学生社会适应能力,拓宽了就业、择业路子;3)新模式的教学概念体现出合理性、可行性和科学性;4)新的培养模式可实现专项知识技能向社会实际工作能力的有效转换;5)形成了本学科课程教学新理念,为今后排球专选课新大纲制定及教材编写奠定了理论与实践基础。
The teaching philosophy of traditional volleyball specific selected course tends to emphasize the competitiveness and ignore the comprehensive ability.The lack of practical teaching content,over-reliance on classroom-style teaching methods teaching and the neglect of practical operation are the main problems.In order to meet the social diversity,comprehensive demand-oriented,and make students with strong comprehensive capacity,this paper,in Chengdu Sport University Volleyball specific selected courses in related fields,creates a sports and social practitioners to meet the requirements of diverse systems and schools teaching content first,second class,school sports work the participation of various social skills of multi-level framework for practice teaching.Through teaching experiments,surveys,statistics and other methods,the result shows that:1)The diversity of knowledge and skill system built by three-dimensional meets the requirements of social development;2)Multi-level integrated skills practice teaching system improves the social adjustment of students to broaden employment and career path;3)The new model reflects the reasonable,practicable and scientific teaching concept;4)New training model makes effective conversion from the special knowledge,skills and ability to work to the social reality;5)It forms a new teaching idea of this subject and lay the theoretical and practical basis for future volleyball selective course materials.
