The constructions of information,law-executing standardization and harmonious relationship between police and people supplement each other,and are the upstanding coalition of complexity research and public security work.To deep carry out and implement ＂Three Constructions＂,we should verily improve the actual combat ability of basic level public security departments and strongly carry forward information construction;improve law-executing ability and carry forward law-executing standardization construction;and improve workability to people and carry forward construction of harmonious relationship between police and people.
