Zhu Jun （朱骏）, CEO of The9 （九城）, one of the largest online gaming companies in China, and the owner of Shanghai Shenhua Football Club, is reportedly in talks with Barclays Bank for a GBP 800 million （USD 13 billion） takeover of Liverpool Football Club. If successful, Zhu would become the first Chinese owner of a team in the British Premier League.
