摘要
以3-氟苯甲酸为原料,通过硝化、酯化和还原反应,成功得到目标产物2-氨基-5-氟苯甲酸甲酯。通过比较不同的合成方法,确定了一条理想的合成反应路线:3-氟苯甲酸先与混酸进行硝化,再与甲醇酯化,最后经还原得2-氨基-5-氟苯甲酸甲酯。在给定的理想反应条件下,总收率达到81%。通过熔点测试、红外、核磁、质谱确定结构,产品含量GC>99%,LC>98.5%。该路线解决了工业上存在的批量小、产品质量差等问题,具有工业化价值。
Methyl 2-amino-5-fluorobenzoate was synthesized through a series of reactions of nitrification,esterification and hydronation used 3-fluorobenzoic acid as raw material.By compared with different synthesis methods,an optimal synthesis route was present:3-fluorobenzoic acid reacted with mixed acid,then reacted with methanol.By reduction the target product was received with the yield of 81%.The structure of the product was affirmed by melting point,IR,NMR and GC-MS,and GC99%,LC98.5%.
