MCM-41负载硅钨酸催化乙醇脱水制乙烯

摘要 合成了负载型杂多酸催化剂—硅钨酸/MCM-41,并用红外光谱对其进行了分析,探讨了杂多酸浸渍浓度,浸渍时间,焙烧温度及焙烧时间对乙醇脱水制乙烯收率的影响。实验表明,杂多酸浸渍浓度0.003moL.L-1,浸渍回流时间15h,焙烧温度400℃,焙烧时间3h,催化剂活性最高,乙烯收率可达98.8%以上。 Supported heteropoly acid catalyst-HSiW/MCM-41 was prepared and characterized by IR spectrum.The factors affected the preparation of catalyst were studied in order to obtain high yield of ethylene.Results indicated that heteropolyacid concentration was 0.003moL/L,maceration time was 15h,roast temperature was 400℃,roast time 3h,the catalytic performance was better than the others and the yield of ethylene was 98.8%.
