摘要
我国拖拉机挂车气制动系统执行机构主要采用膜片式制动气室,对其推力进行理论分析和试验研究后,得出膜片式制动气室推力不仅与几何尺寸和气压有关。
Diagraph air chamber is widely used as an actuating mechanism for tractor trailer braking system. To ensure the braking effectiveness the pushing force of the pushing rod should be larger than that needed to expand the brake shoe. To explore the changing process of the pushing force and the factors affecting the pushing force, the tests were carried out in accordance with ZBT66004—89, 《Brake chamber for pneumatic braking system of tractor trailer technical requirement》. The results show that the effective pressure bearing area affected as the pushing rod stroke and pressure are changing. The conclusion is that the pushing force is affected not only by the air chamber geometry and pressure but also by the pushing rod stroke.
