论文研究了我国改革开放后学习借鉴西方图书馆事业发展思想、理念、管理和技术的过程和方法,认为介绍引进、对比研究、批判性地学习是我国图书馆事业对外开放的主要特点,进而揭示出对外开放以来,我国图书馆界经过了从拿来主义向批判地学习的转变、从对技术性工作手段的关注向注重事业发展思想和理念转变这种渐进性和阶段性特点。

This paper researches how we learned from the west countries about librarianship＇s thought and management and technology after our reform and openness, realizes introduce from else, compared researching, critically studying are popular ways. And try to separate the study course to several phases and evaluates the representative cognitions, proclaims when we learned from the others we experienced a change from copy-call to selection by myself, from study their technology to study their thought, it shows we advance gradually and having some steps as a trend.
