摘要
开放存取的发展使图书馆的信息服务出现了被边缘化的可能,图书馆要采取主动服务、免费服务、优质服务、便捷服务等创新策略,构建以Web2.0技术为核心的网络服务平台,深度整合各类信息资源,大力加强学科馆员制度、个性化服务以及专门针对开放存取资源的信息服务,凭自己的专业特长赢得生存和发展的空间。
The development of open access makes the information service of library appear the possibility of the marginalization. Library should take innovation strategy, such as active service, free service, quality service, convenient service ete,build up the network service platform with Web2.0, deeply conform various information resources, vigorously strengthen the subject librarian system, personalized service and special service for open access, win the space of survival and development for itself resorting to their own speciality.
