论边防情报分析中的经验思维

On the Empirical Thinking in Border -control Intelligent Analysis

经验思维是以经验为依据进行问题决断的思维形式，其具有快速、直接等特点，成为边防情报人员最常用的思维方法，具有无可取代的地位。经验思维也存在着粗略性、狭隘性等局限，制约着边防情报的分析质量。通过对经验思维作用原理、特点的阐述，探讨其在边防情报分析中的优缺点，并尝试针对其缺点，提出了相关建议。

The empirical thinking is a thinking mode based on experience. It is the most common means used by bordercontrol intelligence personnel in intelligence analysis because of its fast, direct and other conveniences. It also has its limitations, restricting the quality of border intelligence analysis. This paper, through expatiating the principle and characteristics of the empirical thinking, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of it bordercontrol intelligence analysis and proposes solutions to its deficiencies.
