鸡溃疡性肠炎灭活苗的制备与应用研究

Preparation and Application of Oil emulsion Inactivated Vaccine against Ulcerative Enteritis in Chickens

用鹑梭状芽胞杆菌经福尔马林灭活后，与白油、司本８０、吐温８０，按一定比例混合后在胶体磨中快速乳化成油包水型，制备了鸡溃疡性肠炎灭活疫苗，经检测证明，该疫苗安全、可靠、稳定，４℃～８℃可贮存１２个月，１０℃～２５℃可贮存３个月，注射后抗体效价可维持６个月，保护率可达１００％。

The oil emulsion inactivated vaccine against Ulcerative Enteritis were prepared by formalin in activated clostridium colinum with mineal oil and tween 80.The results of safety,efficacy and field tests showed that the vaccine had better immunogenicity and could be used safely and conveniently.It could be store at 4℃～8℃ for more than 12 months and 10℃～25℃ for more than 3 months.The protection rate was 100% and the duration of immunity last for 6 months.
