微型腹腔镜治疗小儿鞘膜积液36例体会

目的:探讨微型腹腔镜下内环口关闭术治疗小儿鞘膜积液的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析自2009年6月～2010年2月采用微型腹腔镜下内环口关闭术治疗小儿鞘膜积液36例临床资料,总结经验。结果:全部病例均在镜下探查关闭内环口,手术过程顺利,平均手术时间12分钟,术后2～4天出院。术中术后无出现严重并发症,术后随访无复发。结论:微型腹腔镜下内环口关闭术治疗小儿鞘膜积液的方法创伤小,恢复快,安全,疗效确切,只要细心操作,基本上无复发及并发症,可作为小儿鞘膜积液治疗的首选方法。

Objective： Inquire into miniature belly cavity mirror descending to cure the clinical curative effect that the pediatric sheath film accumulates a liquid inside the wreath close Shu. Methods：Look back sex analysis＇ my hospital to adopt miniature belly cavity to February, 2010 from June, 2009 mirror to descend to cure a pediatric sheath film to accumulate liquid 36 clinical data and tally up experience inside the wreath close Shu. Results： All cases fish for a wreath inside the close under the mirror, the surgical operation process is smooth, average surgical operation 12 minutes time, get out of the hospital for 2 - 4days after the Shu. Didnt appear serious complications after the Shu in Shu, Shu after with visit don ＇t relapse. Conclusions ：The miniature belly cavity mirror descends to cure the method wound that the pediatric sheath film accumulates a liquid inside the wreath close Shu small,the instauration is quick, safety, the curative effect is accurate, as long as operating with quiet attention, basically didn ~t relapse and the complications be that the head that the pediatric sheath film accumulates a liquid treatment choose a method.
