摘要
目的:探讨滑石酊治疗压疮的临床效果。方法:将48例Ⅱ～Ⅲ期压疮住院患者随机均匀分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规综合方法治疗压疮。观察组采用常规处理后,创面涂沫滑石酊治疗压疮,比较两组效果。结果:两组总显效率与总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:滑石酊治疗压疮效果可靠、安全、操作简便。
Objective ：To investigate the effectiveness cf talcum tincture in treatment of pressure sores. Methods：48 cases of II , III stage pressure sores hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two homogeneous group： the observation group and the control group. An integrated approach to the control group with conventional treatment of pressure Sores. observation group were treated with conventional treatment, the Wound smearing talcum tincture treatment of pressure sores, compared two groups of results. Results：compared with total markedly effective rate and total effective rate between the control group and the observation group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： talc tincture treatment of pressure sores effects of reliabk, safe and easy to use.
