丹参通心络联用治疗对老年冠心病患者超敏C反应蛋白的影响

目的:探讨丹参、通心络胶囊对冠心病超敏C反应蛋白浓度的影响。方法:将60例冠心病老年患者,随机分成丹参通心络(治疗组A组)30例,静滴硝酸甘油治疗组(对照组B组)30例。4周为1个疗程。结果:经治疗后两组冠心病超敏C反应蛋白的浓度有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:丹参、通心络胶囊组降低超敏C反应蛋白浓度优于单纯对照组。

Abujective： To observe the effect of root of red - rooted salvia coadunited Tongxinluo capsules on the content of the highsensitivity Creactive protein （hsCRP） in the elder patients of coronary artery disease. Methods： Sixty elder patients of coro- nary artery disease were randomly allocated to groups A and B and treated respectively with root of red - rooted salvia coadunited Tongxinluo capsules （ n = 30） and the control group were infusion by intravenous drip nitroglycerin（ n = 30）, all with a course of 4 weeks. Results： After treatment, the concentration of the hsCRP in the 2 groups differed obviously （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The treat- ment effect of root of red - rooted salvia coadunited Tongxinluo capsules together with routine western medicine is superior to that of the simple routine western medicine.
