IGF-Ⅱ、HIF-1α在胃癌组织中的表达及意义
摘要
胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)和缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在肿瘤的发生发展中期起重要的作用。本研究应用免疫组化方法,检测IGF-Ⅱ、HIF-1α蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达情况,并结合临床分期及病理进行分析,以探讨两者在胃癌组织中的表达意义、关系。
