结肠癌原发灶及肝转移灶中PTEN蛋白的表达研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测结肠癌原发灶及淋巴结、肝转移灶中PTEN蛋白的表达情况及其作用。方法应用免疫组化方法和WesternBlot方法对38例结肠癌原发灶和淋巴结、肝转移灶中PTEN蛋白的表达情况进行检测。结果PTEN蛋白质原发灶中高表达,在淋巴结转移灶中表达降低,肝转移灶中不表达或表达极低。结论PTEN蛋白表达降低有助于结肠癌的转移,PTEN可望成为结肠癌预后指标和分子治疗的靶标。 Objective To study the expression and function of PTEN protein in primary colon cancer and lymph node and liver metastasis.Methods We detected PTEN protein expression in 38 cases with immunohistochemistry and western blot. Results We found high PTEN protein expression in primary cancer and low or no expression in lymph node and liver metastasis.Conclusion Low PTEN protein expression probably contributes to metastasis of colon cancer, so PTEN might be a prognostic marker and molecular treatment target of colon cancer.
