缺血修饰蛋白的临床诊断研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 缺血修饰蛋白(Ischemia modified albumin,IMA)是近年来研究较多的一种新的缺血生化标志物,因其在心肌缺血发生后快速从心肌中释放,短时间内达到可检测的浓度,其血液浓度跟心肌缺血程度有良好的相关性,美国食品药品管理局(the Food and Drug Administration,FDA)批准作为早期心肌缺血的生化标志物。它被用于对急性心肌缺血的早期诊断、急性冠脉综合症(ACS)的危险分层及排除诊断ACS。可以降低心肌缺血患者的漏诊率和非心肌缺血患者的收治率,提高医疗资源的利用率。国内对IMA的临床应用研究较少,现就其国外临床诊断研究进展作一综述。
