IL-10基因修饰骨髓间充质干/祖细胞治疗小鼠急性移植物抗宿主病模型的疗效观察及机制研究

摘要 间充质干细胞(MSC)除在造血微环境的形成及造血调控(如促进造血干细胞归巢及定植等)中起重要作用外,近年其免疫学特性也颇受重视。有报道显示MSC可减低移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)发生率及严重程度,但部分Ⅱ期研究与体外及动物实验的结论并不一致。除偏倚因素外,
