反恐需知——城市爆炸冲击伤 被引量：5

摘要 恐怖袭击是难以定义的概念，联合国与不同的国家有各自的定义。一般认为恐怖袭击是指极端分子人为制造的针对不仅限于平民及民用设施的不符合国际道义的攻击方式，是猛烈的犯罪行为，其产生的恐惧和威逼严重影响受害者之外的民众。恐怖袭击方式主要有爆炸、枪击、纵火等，其中爆炸的杀伤力和影响力最大，
