肝移植治疗特发性成人肝内胆管缺失症一例报告

摘要特发性成人肝内胆管缺失症（1AD）是一种以肝内小叶间和中隔胆管缺乏为病理学特征的慢性胆汁淤积性肝病，其病因不明，国内外相关报道少见。本中心对1例IAD患者施行原位肝移植术治疗，效果良好。现结合国内外文献，总结和探讨IAD的发病原因、临床特征、诊断、治疗及预后。
