T细胞免疫球蛋白及黏蛋白域蛋白-3基础研究及其与风湿性疾病的关系 被引量：1

摘要 近年来，作为T细胞免疫球蛋白及黏蛋白域蛋白（Tcell immunoglobulin domain and mucin domain,TIM）冢族中的一员，TIM-3以其特殊的基因位点及免疫系统中的多重作用日益受到关注。小鼠TIM基因位于染色体11B1.1,与多个免疫疾病基因区域相联，包括哮喘、过敏和其他自身免疫性疾病等。小鼠TIM基因家族南8个成员组成：
