炎性腰背痛诊断标准的进展 被引量：6

摘要 炎性腰背痛（inilaminatory backDain，IBP）是脊柱关节病（ spondyloarthritis, SpA ） [包括强直性脊柱炎（AS）]患者的主要症状，与疾病的诊断、分型相关，且常见于疾病早期。流行病学研究报道约50％的AS患者以炎性腰背痛为首发症状。但人群中腰背痛是极其常见的症状，引起腰背痛的常见原因除炎症性外，
