血清总胆红素与动脉硬化性脑梗死发病率的关系

The Relationship Between Atherosclerotic Thrombotic Cerebral Infarction and Serum Total Bilirubin

目的探讨脑梗死的发病与血清胆红素之间的关系。方法选择动脉硬化性脑梗死患者314例和对照组313例,两组均采集清晨空腹肘静脉血测定血清总胆红素的浓度,比较两组间总胆红素浓度的差异,进一步探讨总胆红素在脑梗死发病中的作用。结果脑梗死组血清总胆红素浓度显著低于对照组,两组间总胆红素浓度高低的构成比明显不同,差异有统计学意义。结论在胆红素值正常范围内,低浓度血清总胆红素可能导致脑梗死的发病率增高,血清总胆红素可能在脑血管病的预防中起作用。

Aim To discuss the concentration of sercum total bilirubin in the etiology of atherosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction.Methods The concentration of fast serum total bilirubin were compared in the group of atherosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction and control persons.Results In the normal range of serum total bilirubin,the lower of serum total bilirubin,the higher of incidence of atherosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction.Conclusion In the normal range,serum total bilirubin have a certain preventive effect for incidence of atherosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction.
