摘要
本文从多模态话语分析的角度出发,运用系统功能语言学理论,探讨了非英语专业一年级研究生在多模态PPT演示教学环境下学习成绩的变化情况。该研究分两个阶段进行。研究表明,多模态PPT演示教学能够提高学生的学习成绩,对提高学生的短时记忆效率有帮助,但与长效学习成绩相关性不够显著。对提高学生短时记忆效率具有显著意义,说明该教学模式具有一定的可行性和有效性,可以作为教学辅助手段提高教学质量。
The present article explores the variation of first-year postgraduates' learning achievements in a multimodal learning environment based on Systemic Functional Linguistics and Multimodal Discourse Analysis. The research is conducted in two stages. The results show that multimodal PPT presentation in the English classroom is helpful to improve students' learning results and short- term memory. However, the results do not provide conclusive evidence that PPT presentation can improve long-term learning efficiency, which is consistent with the conclusion that multimodal teaching model is relatively a feasible and efficient way to improve teaching quality.
