在职护士分层次培训的实践

Practical study of inservice training of nurses at different levels

目的通过护士分层次培训和加强专科护士培训,提升护士的执业能力,提高护理质量。方法结合实际制订分层次培训计划和专科护士培训计划,培训方式采取集中授课和科室培训相结合,集中训练和床边指导相结合。结果专科技术操作、急救技能考核、护理质量等比上年明显提高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论加强在职护士分层次培训和专科护士培训,对提高护士能力和综合素质具有重要作用。

Objective To improve the nurses＇ professional competence and nursing quality through multi-level inservice training and strengthening the training of specialized nurses. Methods The nurses were trained according to the programs of different levels and specialized nurses training programs. Training methods included centralism teaching combined with subpieces and intensive training combined with bedside comprehensive capacity guidance. Results The nurses improved specialist skills and first aid skills,and nursing quality and patient satisfaction were also improved compared to the prior year （P0.05）. Conclusion It is important for improving the nurses＇ professional competence and comprehensive quality to strengthen multi-level inservice training and the training of specialized nurses.
