长方案体外受精-胚胎移植中获卵数对妊娠结局的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的 探讨长方案体外受精（IVF）-胚胎移植（ET）中获卵数对妊娠结局的影响.方法 选择进行长方案IVF-ET的217周期的患者并将其按获卵数多少分为三组：获卵数〈8个46周期为Ⅰ组,8～15个97周期为Ⅱ组,〉15个74周期为Ⅲ组,比较三组IVF-ET的妊娠结局.结果 获卵数随年龄增加呈下降趋势,妊娠率Ⅱ组为61.86%（60/97）,与Ⅰ组的39.13%（18/46）较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.冷冻率Ⅲ组为89.19%（66/74）,Ⅱ组为67.01%（65/97）,Ⅰ组为26.09%（12/46）,三组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 长方案IVF-ET周期中获卵数在8～15个有较理想的妊娠结局.
