胸膜孤立性纤维瘤的诊治分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的 探讨胸膜孤立性纤维瘤（SFTP）的临床表现、诊疗方法及其预后.方法 对7例SFTP患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,并复习国内外相关文献.结果 7例患者中1例为肺内孤立性纤维瘤,于术后8年因＂卒中＂死亡;其余6例均为有蒂的SFTP,随访7个月至8年,未出现复发、恶变及转移等现象.结论 SFTP发病率极低,易误诊,手术是目前最主要的诊断和治疗方法,但SFTP的生物学行为较复杂,必须长期随访.
