Research progress in the relation between epicardial adipose tissue and coronary heart disease

摘要 心外膜脂肪是沉积在心脏周围,特别是围绕在冠状动脉周围的内脏脂肪。心外膜脂肪可合成众多的脂肪细胞因子,通过旁分泌和滋养血管分泌作用于临近的冠状动脉或心脏,影响冠心病的发生发展。对心外膜脂肪及其分泌的脂肪细胞因子的深入研究将为冠心病的防治提供新的关注靶点。 Epicardial adipose tissue is the adipose tissue that deposits on the heart especially the adipose tissue surrounding coronary arteries.Epicardial adipose tissue can synthesize lots of adipokines which act on adjacent coronary artery or heart through paracrine and vasocrine,thus influences occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.So studying epicardial adipose tissue and adipokines secreted by itself thoroughly would provide a new concerned target for prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
