颈椎动力位磁共振成像临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 磁共振成像(MRI)已成为目前颈椎影像学检查中最主要的方法之一。常规颈椎MRI不能真实反应日常生活状态下颈椎负荷情况及椎管内各结构随颈椎活动而发生的动态改变。近年国内外学者开始尝试研究颈椎动力位MRI,目前研究重点在于颈椎前屈、后伸情况下椎管内结构的动态变化。动力位MRI不仅能同时反映颈椎病发病机制中静态及动态致病因素,而且能综合观察这些致病因素的作用,进一步揭示脊髓潜在性压迫因素,为颈椎病发病机制研究提供了一种无创性研究方法。动力位MRI是对常规中立位MRI的重要补充,对早期发现颈椎病并早期干预有重要意义,对手术方法、手术节段的选择等也有一定的辅助参考价值。
