富血小板血浆与关节软骨修复 被引量:9

摘要 富血小板血浆(PRP)对软骨缺损的修复作用,近几年已成为热门话题。体外研究发现PRP能显著促进动物和人类关节软骨细胞增殖和胞外基质合成,诱导人骨髓基质干细胞向成软骨细胞方向分化。体内试验证实PRP与明胶、聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物、双层胶原基质等载体复合后回植软骨缺损处,起到了较好的修复作用。关节内注射PRP治疗慢性膝关节软骨退行性疾病可减轻关节疼痛、改善关节功能活动、提高患者生活质量,但仍缺乏大样本临床长期随访报道,以证实PRP修复关节软骨的长期疗效和安全性。尽管PRP有制备简便、快捷,对患者损伤小,无免疫排斥等优点,但还存在许多尚未解决的问题。
