医学检验专业本科生实践教学和管理模式的优化

Optimization of the cultivating and managing model for laboratory medicine undergraduates in clinical skills training

南方医科大学医学检验系通过建立基本技能强化培训和岗前培训制度，采取实习医院教学会议、实习中期考核、检验技能大赛和毕业前考核等措施，有效地提高了医学检验专业本科生的临床检验实践能力，初步形成了一套具有特色的医学检验专业本科生实践教学和管理模式。

The clinical skills of laboratory medicine undergraduates could be strengthened through different methods, such as establishing intensified training system of basic laboratory skills and pre-educating system before clinical training, holding meetings with teaching hospitals, conducting middle-stage practice examinations, competition of practice ability and practice examination before graduation. Through the above-mentioned methods, a new and unique model of cultivation and management for laboratory medicine undergraduates in clinical skills training could be established.
