目的探讨社会实践对医学研究生综合素质培养的作用。方法通过组织研究生开展社会调研活动，开展针对基层医院的医学讲座、针对居民的健康宣教，并发放宣传手册和宣传材料等多种形式的社会实践活动，以培养医学研究生的综合素质。结果参与社会实践能够提高医学研究生的社会责任感，进一步激发研究生的主观能动性，是对研究生培养质量的检验和实施医学人文素质教育的深化。社会实践是培养医学研究生创新能力的重要途径之一，是培养艰苦奋斗精神、团队合作精神和人际交流能力的重要平台。结论大力开展医学研究生社会实践活动，对于培养全面发展的高层次医学人才具有十分重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the important significance of participating social practice in cultivating the comprehensive quality of the medical postgraduates. Methods Organizing postgraduates to participate social practice including social survey, medical lecture to the primary hospital, health education to the masses, handing out health brochure. The medical postgradutes＇ comprehensive quality was cultivated. Results It could strengthen their social responsibility and the awareness of noble mission to arouse their subjective initiative, exam the quality of cultivation and deepen the education of medical humanistic. Social practice is a one important pathway of cultivating postgraduaties＇ creative ability and the important platform of cultivating their spirits of arduous struggl eand team cooperation, and skill of interpersonal communication. Conclusions It was important for vigorously promoting social practice to cultivate the medical postgraduates＇ comprehensive quality.
