骨科学作为外科学的重要组成部分，其专科化建设及人才培养已经成为我国专科医师培养制度建立与完善的关键一环。本文分析了骨科学专科医师规范化培训与继续教育的必要性及其存在的问题，并就骨科学专科建设与人才培养的目标、流程及模式进行了探讨。

As a significant component of surgery, orthopaedic surgery, whose specialized construction and diplomate training had already been a key point to construct and improve diplomate training system. This paper expounded on the aim, training process and model, putting up the necessity and problems existed in the standardization training of diplomate and continuing medical education , which was very important to construct and develop orthopaedic surgery.
