Evaluation for teaching quality of university teachers

本文论述了教育改革的背景下，对高校教师进行教学质量评价的必要性。同时，针对当前教学质量评价现状，结合南阳医学高等专科学校的实际情况，对高校教师教学质量的评价主体、评价指标、评价方法及结果应用进行了探讨。

This article discussed the necessity of the evaluation to teaching quality of university teacher in the international competition, the market competition and under the educational reform. In view of the present situation for quality of teaching evaluation, and the matter of fact of Nanyang Medical College, we discussed the evaluation of the main, the indicator system, the evaluation method and the result application for the teaching quality.
