In each and all age of human society, there are information and its utilization. When the information utilization amount reaches a certain ban value, it begins to have an influence as an important social resource When it reaches a higher ban value, we can say the informazation of whole society begins to arrival and say good bye to the traditional economy age of industry and agriculture, and step into a completely new age of knowledge economy.
