摘要
目的观察交互式音乐治疗儿童焦虑障碍的临床效果。方法将我院2009年1-10月收治的儿童焦虑障碍患者30例随机分为观察组(交互式音乐治疗)和对照组(常规治疗)各15例,对两组治疗后的焦虑程度进行比较。结果观察组治疗前后的焦虑程度总分、躯体性焦虑因子分和精神性焦虑因子分均有显著的降低(P〈0.05)。而对照组治疗前后的焦虑程度总分、躯体性焦虑因子分和精神性焦虑因子分降低差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论儿童焦虑障碍患者采用交互式音乐治疗有一定的临床效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate of the the clinical effect of interactive music in treatment on anxious barrier. Methods Thirty cases child with child anxious barrier trouble were divided into the observation group and control groups of 15 cases each from January,2009 to October,2009 Carries on the comparison after two group of treatment anxious degrees. Results After treatment the observation group was anxious the degree total score compared to the result before,the body anxious factor divides and the psychic anxious factor point had remarkable depression(P〉0.05), while After the result treatment the control group was equal the degree total score compared to the result before, the body anxious factor divides and the psychic anxious factor point had remarkable depression(P〈0.05 ); Conclusion Child anxious barrier patient uses the interactive music treatment to have certain clinical effect, is worth promoting the application.
