经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症80例疗效分析 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术（TUVP）治疗良性前列腺增生症的疗效。方法我院2007年6月～2009年12月采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗的80例前列腺增生症患者，观察治疗前后的国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、生活质量评分（QOL）、最大尿流率（Qmax）、膀胱残余尿量（RUV）的改变。结果80例患者术前在IPSS、QOL、Qmax、RUV方面较术后有显著改善，经统计学处理，差异有显著性（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）.结论经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生症疗效好，操作简便，视野清晰，值得临床推广和应用。
