摘要
目的提高膀胱癌并发嗜酸性膀胱炎的临床认识并给予及时治疗。方法对膀胱癌并发嗜酸性膀胱炎2例进行临床分析及文献复习,对其特点给予总结。结果 2例患者术后病理切片均为嗜酸性膀胱炎。术后随防6个月,肉眼血尿消失,膀胱镜检查未见癌肿及肿瘤样变。结论膀胱癌并发嗜酸性膀胱炎临床少见,膀胱镜检查与组织活检病理检查是诊断的必要步骤,治疗方法以经尿道膀胱病变电切及去除可能的病因为主要措施。
Objective To improve the recognition and treatment of bladder cancer and eosinophilic cystitis. Methods Two cases of bladder cancer with eosinophilic cystitiswere analyzed, the relevant literature was reviewed, and the feature was summarized. Results Postoperative pathology confirmed eosinophilic cystitis in both cases. The follow-up was 6 months. The voiding symptoms disappeared, and examination of cystoscope showed no primary tumors and tumorous lesions. Conclusion bladder cancer with eosinophilic cystitiswere is a very tumor-like inflammatory disease. Cystoscopy and biopsy aregold standard for the diagnosis. Current treatmentmodalities include transurethral resection of the bladder lesion and impossible cause of disease.
