摘要
目的评价利用软组织超声技术诊断病人急性蜂窝组织炎的效果。方法首先回顾性研究高频超声检查对急性蜂窝组织炎的诊断效果,再以本院门急诊患有急性蜂窝组织炎需行外科引流术但不伴有可见性脓肿的成年患者作为对象,由高频超声检查判断是否存在脓肿及脓液的含量。结果高频超声检查与病理结果符合性较好(kappa=0.78>0.75),两种方法无明显差异(P>0.05);高频超声对急性蜂窝组织炎是否伴有脓肿的判断与行外科引流术的结果一致性较好(kappa=0.77>0.75),但两种方法存在一定差异(P<0.05)。结论高频超声可以作为急性蜂窝组织炎的首选诊断方法,对临床治疗有指导意义。
Objective To estimate the effect of high frequency ultrasound on diagnosis of acute cellulitis. Methods The diagnosis documents of high frequency ultrasound on acute cellulitis were retrospected; and the comparison between high frequency ultrasound and puncture drainage was performed, patients with acute cellulitis without visible abscess serving as subjects. Results The high frequency ultrasound and pathological diagnosis in acute cellulitiS was consistent（ k = 0.78 ）, with no significant difference（P〉0.05 ） and the consistency between high frequency ultrasound and puncture drainage was good. Conclusion The high frequency ultrasound can be applied as the first choice of diagnosis in acute cellulitis,with directive significance for its clinical treatment.
