健康教育对系统性红斑狼疮患者生活质量的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨健康教育对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者生活质量及治疗效果的影响。方法将60例SLE患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组30例在常规治疗和护理的基础上实行系统的健康教育,对照组30例采用常规治疗及传统的卫生宣教,观察时间为1年,对两组患者进行生活质量简表(WHO.QOL-BREF)测评。结果观察组患者在接受系统健康教育后生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能有效减轻患者心理压力,增强自我护理能力,增加医遵性,提高生活质量,改善预后。
