摘要
采用溶液沉淀聚合工艺,制备以三氟氯乙烯为主要共聚单体热固性氟粉末树脂,分析探讨树脂结构设计及各组分影响,介绍了热固性氟粉末涂料耐酸碱、盐雾、老化等性能试验结果,最后针对应用于不同金属基材的表面处理工艺做了探索性研究。
In this article, the thermoset fluorocarbon powder resin is prepared by solution precipitation polymerization method, introducing the resin structure design, coating film acid resistance,alkali resistance, salt fog rsistance,etc. Lastly, it discusses the surface treatment process of the different metal bases, when the fluorocarbon powder coating is applied on it.
