Public Hospital Reform and the Implementation of Social Responsibility

本文针对公立医院改革如何推进、从何处着手等重要问题,从妇幼保健院的工作实践出发,阐述了公立医院改革与社会责任履行之间的关系:①对公立医院社会责任的认识。②对妇幼保健院社会责任的认识,包括着力"品牌建设"、在"两个数据"上下功夫、不断满足新需求。③介绍了妇幼保健院社会责任体现的创新性实践。④对如何更好地履行妇幼保健院的社会责任提出了重点建设好区县级妇幼保健机构、纠正妇幼保健机构发展过程中出现的偏差、必须坚持保健与临床相结合的妇幼卫生工作方针等建议。

Combined with maternity and child care work experience, the author expounds the relationship between public hospital reform and social responsibility performance, concerned with the important issue how to advance the reform of public hospitals and where to start, including （1）awareness of social responsibility in public hospitals; （2）awareness of social responsibility in maternity and child care, such as the focus on ＂Brand Building＂ and the ＂Two Data＂ to meet the new demand; （3）introduction to the innovative practice of social responsibility in maternity and child care; and （4）suggestions on how to better fulfill the social responsibility in Maternal and Child Health Hospital, including building maternal and child health institutions at district level, correcting deviations in their development and insisting in the clinical service combined with maternal and child health policy and so on.
