公立医院医疗设备购置绩效评价的探讨

Research of Performance Evaluation on Purchase of Medical Equipments in Public Hospitals

针对医疗设备购置和使用中存在的一系列问题,结合医院大型医疗设备购置绩效评价的实际工作,阐明公立医院做好医疗设备购置前的全面、科学论证,加强采购监督和使用管理,收集、对比、分析设备使用数据,建立医疗设备绩效评价体系可以达到充分利用医疗资源、避免医疗设备的不合理配备、提高医疗设备使用率的目的和效果,是公立医院实现社会、经济效益双赢的重要手段。

According to a list of problems in purchase and appliance of medical equipments, and the experience of performance evaluation on purchase of large-scale medical equipments in the hospital, this article illustrated that it was the important way to realize win-win effect of society and economy in public hospitals, which should make full and scientific demonstration before the purchase of medical equipments, strengthen purchase supervision and usage management, collect, compare and analyze data used, establish appraisal system of medical equipments in order to take full advantage of hospital resources, avoid irrational allocation of medical equipments and improve usage efficiency.
