摘要
柴油机是现代舰船主要动力源之一,其抗冲击性能直接影响舰船生命力。舰用柴油机具有体积重量大、附属设备多、运行维护要求高等特点,难以在陆上进行抗冲击台架试验。实船水下爆炸冲击试验是发现舰用柴油机抗冲击薄弱环节,检验舰用柴油机抗冲击性能的有效手段。通过试验中对舰用柴油机进行运行监控、实时测量,以及试验后对柴油机进行拆检分析,初步总结出舰用柴油机的抗冲击薄弱环节,提出舰用柴油机冲击防护设计建议,研究成果可应用于舰船动力设备抗冲击防护措施设计中。
Anti-shock capacity of marine diesel affects the life-force of navy ship,as the most important power plant of modern navy ship.It is difficult to conduct the anti-shock experiment of marine diesel on test-bed for its large weight,many attached equipments,complicated maintenance.Underwater explosion test is an effective approach to reveal the anti-shock weaknesses of marine diesel,and find out anti-shock competence of marine diesel.Through monitoring marine diesel during underwater explosion,the anti-shock weaknesses of marine diesel are concluded,and the anti-shock design method of diesel is advised.The research result can be applied to the anti-shock design of marine power plant.
