摘要
介绍了一种用于船舶辅机设备陆地性能测试的三自由度并联机构摇摆台。主要模拟特定海况下横摇、纵摇和升沉运动,不但分析了该结构摇摆台的空间结构和空间运动姿态的位置解算,还应用机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS,建立了虚拟样机模型,给出了一种基于ADAMS的求解并联机构摇摆台运动学和动力学的方法,获得了有关运动学及动力学特性曲线,为船舶辅机摇摆台系统的设计、制造、创新和模拟运动作业提供了理论依据和主要参数。
A kind of 3-DOF parallel mechanism motion platform applied for performance test of ship auxiliary facility on land was introduced;it mainly simulated the motion of rolling,pitching and heaving in a particular ocean situation.This paper not only analyzed the space structure and spatial position solution of the platform,but also used mechanic dynamic analysis software ADAMS to build a virtual prototype of the platform,gave the methods of the solving the kinematics and dynamics of the platform of the parallel mechanisms,and got the kinematics and dynamics characteristics curve.The virtual prototyping model of the parallel mechanism provided the theoretic foundation and main parameters for the system design,production,creation and application in experiment.
