摘要
发射控制阀是水下鱼雷发射系统的重要部件,其流量特性决定了鱼雷发射内弹道及相关的发射系统瞬态特性。基于可压缩流体力学控制方程和kε-湍流模型,运用商用计算流体力学软件F luent对发射控制阀的内部流场进行了数值模拟,得到了控制阀内部流场规律。所获得的数值模拟结果可为进一步研究水下武器发射气动系统的振动与噪声特性提供参考。
The launch control valve is the most important device in the underwater torpedo launch system.The mass flow rate of gas through the valve determines the interior trajectory of the torpedo and transient characteristic of the launch system.Based on the compressible fluid governing equation and k-ε turbulence model,the interior flow field in the control valve is simulated using the commercial computational fluid dynamics software Fluent.The results can be used in the future research of the flow induced vibration and aerodynamic noise of the launch system.
