美托洛尔联合贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭50例临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of metaprolol combined with benazepril in 50 patients with chronic heart failure

目的观察美托洛尔联合贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效及安全性。方法选择我院心内科2004年1月至2007年12月住院及门诊慢性心力衰竭患者100例,随机分成两组,对照组常规应用强心剂、利尿剂;观察组在常规治疗基础上加用美托洛尔及贝那普利,疗程1月。结果观察组总有效率92%,对照组总有效率72%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在常规强心、利尿基础上加用美托洛尔及贝那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭能有效改善心功能,疗效肯定,安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of metaprolol compined with benazepril in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 100 patients with chronic heart failure from January 2004 to December 2007 treated in the in-patient and out-patient departments of our hospital were randromly divided into the observation group and control group. The routine cardiotonic and diuretic were used in both groups, besides this,the Observation group was added with metaprolol and benazepril for a month. Results The total effective rate was 92% in the observation group and 72% in the control group,with a significant difference between them （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Using metaprolol combined with benazepril on the basis of the routine treatment of cardiotonic and diuretic for chronic heart failure can effectively improve the heart function, and its clinical effect is definite and safe.
