职业体育教育,也叫职业实用身体训练,是职业学校体育教学的特殊组成部分,简言之,是根据未来职业特点和需要而进行的体育训练。根据运动生理学和心理学的研究,不同的体育运动对人的发展和影响是不同的。
The professional physical education,also known as the body of practical vocational training in vocational schools,special part of physical education,in short,is based on the characteristics and future needs for professional sports training.According to exercise physiology and psychology research,the impact of different kinds of sports on human development is different.
